Hedgewitch stable/grass spot stain remover gently lifts stains from the coat so they can be easily sponged off without scrubbing. Perfect for show prep and for quick and easy last-minute stain removal when your horse has used a poo pillow overnight.

It is also gentle enough to use as a sheath or udder cleaner and can be applied directly to the skin to help remove smegma and dirt before rinsing thoroughly.

The magic ingredient in our stain remover was first introduced in human healthcare to clean burns, so it is extremely mild and non-irritant and, importantly, doesn't upset the natural balance and waterproofing of the skin by stripping the natural oils from your horse's coat.  More recently, the micellar water that has become popular for make-up removal uses the same technology.

We don't use any potentially irritating substances such as sodium laureth sulfate (SLS) or EDTA, which are found in most stain removal formulations. Instead, we use ingredients for use on delicate human skin. 

Note: the current label doesn't give instructions for use as a sheath cleaner, but it's fine to use in this way. New labels are on the way.
