We only sell online so we can bring you products made from the highest quality ingredients at a reasonable price. Our prices would have to be a lot higher if we were selling through retail outlets. It's never 'one-size-fits-all' with natural products, so we want to be able to support you make choices to get the best outcomes for you and your horse or dog.

We're always here to support you and offer help choosing and using our products. We will also tell you if they're not right for your horse and offer holistic advice based on many years of experience. The more background information you can provide us, the better. You can send us a message here.

Our online prices are already discounted. When we started Hedgewitch nearly a decade ago, we set out to provide quality ingredients at a reasonable price as we believe in fairness and not marketing tactics. There are special offers that may pop up for you as you browse!

Please get in touch with details of what you want to order and your postal code so we can send you a shipping quote. We don't export our insect repellent as it is only authorised for use in the UK and NI.

Yes, if we're able to put a hold your order before it's picked. Once fulfilment is in process, it's no longer possible to make changes to your order.

Just message us to discuss how we can help you. We're able to formulate and make up product for iindividual cases if required. Specials can't be added to orders for our standard products so will occur a postage fee and are non-returnable.

All our orders are sent tracked and you you can find the tracking number in your shipping email. If you can't find this then message us and we'll check on the progress of your delivery for you.

We try very hard to avoid this but sometimes things do get damaged during handling by the courier. Don't worry, we'll sort it out. Just take a photo of the damage and contact us.
