Returns and Replacements
Please contact us before returning the item to let us know why you're returning it. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. A return will be refunded within 14 days of receipt if returned unopened and undamaged. Original postage charges will only be refunded if all items in an order are returned. If you are returning part of an order that qualified for free shipping, the cost of the service used will be deducted from the value of the item returned should the order value then drops below the free postage threshold.

If you ordered an incorrect applicator/product and wish to return to us to change to another applicator/product, we will charge postage to resend the exchanged applicator/product.

Returned packages must be paid for at your expense; we cannot accept COD deliveries. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

We take immense pride in the clinical science validating our formulations. Every production batch undergoes strict quality control and complies with data from controlled field trials demonstrating statistically significant insect-repelling efficacy within a 95% confidence interval.
Our products utilise Icaridin, an advanced insect repellent that functions via volatilization. Upon application, the active ingredient evaporates at a controlled rate to create an invisible, localized vapour shield that disrupts the chemical and olfactory receptors insects use to locate a host. Consequently, real-world efficacy is strictly dose-dependent and relies entirely on the user establishing an unbroken, uniform topical barrier across all exposed skin.
Because human physiology and environmental microclimates are highly variable, individual experiences will naturally fluctuate. Factors including—but not limited to—mechanical application technique, skin surface temperature, perspiration rates, lipid secretion, ambient humidity, and localized insect population dynamics directly influence the longevity and density of the gas-phase barrier.
As our formulations are scientifically proven to perform when an adequate vapour density is achieved, we do not recognize subjective performance variance or individual biological incompatibility as product defects. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit based on personal efficacy preference or under-application.
