Giveaway conditions                                                                                                          You are automatically entered into our monthly giveaway by signing up to receive news and emails from us, subject to the following conditions:

  1. You must be a resident in the UK. Anyone signing up as a subscriber from outside the UK will be excluded from the giveaway
  2. Each month, prizes will be published on our website and may be exchanged for items of an equivalent value at our discretion, if this is requested by the winner
  3. A winner is selected each month using a random number generator
  4. The winner will be notified by email after the draw at the end of each month
  5. You will be entered into each monthly giveaway unless you unsubscribe from our email list. We reserve the right to remove non-active subscribers from our files without notification or justification

Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders the same working day for orders received by 3pm, although this is not always possible during peak periods. Fulfillment is carried out by PHL Group Ltd.

Postage charges are as follows:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.85 (up to £3.5kg)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.75 (up to 3.5kg)
  • DPD premium service (for mainland* only) - £7.95 (guaranteed next day or orders over 3.5kg)
  • Orders > £100 are eligible for free standard delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 

* The premium next-day service (DPD) is available to mainland customers only, and if this option is selected by a customer in Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands of the UK, an alternative carrier will be used and the difference in cost refunded.

Please check your email and address details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you have entered them incorrectly. While we endeavour to check addresses, items returned due to incomplete address details will be subject to our standard postage charges to resend.

Occasionally parcels go missing, so please contact us if you haven't received your order within 7 working days and the tracking isn't showing onward progress. 

Privacy and Security
Please visit the 'Privacy Policy' page for a full review of our privacy policy, including information about cookies. You have the right to see personal data (as defined under the Data Protection Act) that we keep about you upon receipt of a written request and payment of a fee of £10. Returns and Replacements
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. A return will be refunded within 14 days of receipt if returned unopened and undamaged. Please contact us before returning the item to explain why it doesn't meet your expectations. Original postage charges will only be refunded when complete orders have been returned.

Returned packages must be paid for at your expense; we cannot accept COD deliveries. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Ordering
Orders can be made via the website or by contacting us directly by email. Do not send your card details in an email; we will send an online invoice to you. We do not take orders over the phone.

Payment and Pricing
We accept online payment in a secure environment for credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. Please note that we do not collect any information regarding credit/debit cards and you are transferred to Shopify or PayPal's secure servers. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate, are inclusive of UK sales tax at the current rate (VAT Registration number GB350649888). We reserve the right to change prices, and these will be shown on the website.

Viewing orders
If you have registered on the website, you can view the status of your orders.

Updating account information.
If you have registered on the website, you can update your account information (e.g. delivery address etc) by using the log-in link at the top of the page.

Our liability
We will not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for the use you make of the products you order, which must be used as per recommended dosage instructions, and we advise patch testing prior to use for topically applied products. To the extent not prohibited by law, we accept no liability for any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses). Nothing in this section or elsewhere in our Trading Terms affects your statutory legal rights.
