It contains the highest quality German chamomile and peppermint essential oils in aloe vera gel. German chamomile essential oil contains chamazulene, which gives it its blue colour, and alpha bisabolol, which both have anti-irritant properties. Peppermint has a cooling effect and immediately takes the itch and heat out of an insect bite.

The aloe vera gel and essential oils are generally non-irritating and non-sensitising to skin. However, essential oils do contain naturally occurring allergens in small quantities, and we strongly recommend a small patch test before proceeding with general use, particularly for horses with a known history of allergies or sensitive skin.
